Hussesyn: Interactive apartment showcase
Apartment buyers can explore properties online before visiting, using live regional and building views.

The idea
In real estate, especially for brand-new apartments, potential buyers do extensive online research before visiting in person. Static listings and photo galleries are not enough. It takes a web application that displays apartments in a live, interactive environment, so buyers can understand the space before visiting.
What we built
A Ruby on Rails web application designed to be reused across different real estate projects:
- Bird's-eye view Regional overview allowing potential buyers to take a closer look at buildings and scroll through available apartments
- Interactive apartment exploration Detailed building views with specific information about each apartment, mimicking the experience of exploring in person
- Property navigation User-friendly interface letting buyers move easily from regional overview to specific buildings and individual apartments
- Reusable across projects The application adapts to real estate developments, providing a consistent and engaging experience
The result
An accurate and intuitive online experience for apartment buyers. The bird’s-eye view gave users an understanding of the area, while detailed building views provided specifics about each property. Potential buyers explored apartments and made informed decisions before visiting in person. The Ruby on Rails framework allowed the application to adapt to real estate projects.
