What types of projects do you take on?
We build web applications, marketplaces, and custom software. Our sweet spot is projects where you need a partner who thinks about the product, not only someone who writes code to spec. Typical engagements: MVP development, Sharetribe marketplace customization, SaaS platform builds, legacy system modernization, and AI prototype-to-production transitions.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is different: we scope and price individually based on what you need. Book a call and we'll give you an honest estimate after understanding what you're building.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on what you need and what you already have. Some projects launch in a week, others take a few months. We deliver features as soon as they're ready: often daily for smaller things, within days for larger ones. You see real progress continuously, not only at the end.
What makes IT House different from other agencies?
Three things: (1) We think like co-founders: we'll tell you if your idea doesn't make sense before spending your money. (2) We build our own products too, so we understand what it's like to be on your side. (3) Our first-sprint guarantee: if after the first sprint you don't feel it's working, we don't invoice.
Do you work with startups or enterprises?
Both. We've worked with early-stage startups and with enterprises like Samsung, Karnov Group, and Betty Blocks. The common thread isn't company size. It's that they need a team that thinks about the end result, not only the deliverables.
Where are you based?
Riga, Latvia (EU). CET timezone. We work remotely with clients across Europe, the US, Australia, and beyond. Communication is in English: daily on Slack or your favourite channel, demos every week or earlier when the feature is ready.
What if I've already built something with AI tools?
That's increasingly common, and that's a smart start. Send us what you've built and we'll review it: what to keep, what to rebuild, and what it takes to get to production. Many of our recent projects started exactly this way.
