How IT House handles personal data collected through ithouse.io.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Who we are
IT House is the controller for personal data collected through ithouse.io. Contact us at info@ithouse.io.
What the contact form collects
When you contact us, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, company name, the topic you select, and your message. We use these details to reply to you and discuss your project.
Messages from the contact form arrive in our email inbox, where we keep them for as long as they are useful for our business relationship with you. We also keep a separate copy of each form message for 90 days in case an email does not arrive, then delete that copy automatically. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time by writing to info@ithouse.io.
Services that help run this site
We use Cloudflare to deliver this site and protect it from attacks. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the contact form from spam. It checks that the form is sent by a person. To help us spot spam, a form message also includes the country and network your visit came from and the pages you viewed during that visit, with how long you spent on each. Resend delivers form messages to our inbox.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible does not use cookies. We run our own Plausible instance, hosted with a provider in the European Union (Germany). When you send the contact form, Plausible records only that a form was sent and which topic you chose. We do not share this data with third parties for analytics purposes. If you choose a language with the language switcher, we store your choice in a functional cookie (lang, kept for one year) so the site opens in that language next time. It contains only the language code, and we do not use it for tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. We reply within one month.
Write to info@ithouse.io or use our contact form.
If you think we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Datu valsts inspekcija.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened.
