How we help
at every stage.

Every project is different. But they usually start with one of these three situations.

01

Not sure what to build?

You have an idea, a problem to solve, or something half-built. Before spending money on development, you need a plan: technology choice, scope, timeline, and a clear picture of what you're actually building.

  • Idea validation & concept
  • Technology & platform selection
  • MVP scope & roadmap
  • Architecture & cost estimate
How discovery works
02

Ready to build?

You know what you want. You need a senior team to build it: web application, marketplace, SaaS platform, or custom software. On time, to spec, with code you can maintain.

  • Web applications & SaaS
  • Marketplace platforms
  • AI-enhanced applications
  • Ruby on Rails · React · Node.js · Elixir

Stuck with what you have?

Your product exists but development is slow, quality has dropped, or something broke and you can't figure out why. We step in, diagnose, and get things moving again.

  • Code audit & rescue
  • Performance & reliability fixes
  • Legacy code modernisation
  • Team extension & handoff
How rescue works

Not sure which fits?

The first call is free. No commitment.

How we typically engage

No matter which path fits (Discovery, Build, or Rescue), here's how working together usually looks.

Daily shipping, your pace

We ship features as fast as you can review them. Some clients want a demo every day, others prefer weekly. Either way, you see working software, not status updates, and you can change direction the moment something doesn't feel right.

Honest estimates, visible progress

We use Jira and you see everything: what we're building, how long it takes, where we are against the estimate. If something is going to be longer or harder than we said, you hear it from us first.

We don't disappear after launch

You get documentation, monitoring setup, and a 3-month code warranty. Need ongoing development after launch? We're here. But you're never locked in: your code is yours, your data is yours, walk away anytime.

Our first-sprint guarantee

If after the first sprint you don't feel like we're the right partner, we stop and don't invoice for that sprint. No questions asked.

You decide whether to continue, based on real work you've already seen.

Plus: a 3-month code warranty on everything we build. If something we built breaks after launch, we fix it at no cost.

Frequently asked

I'm not sure which service fits. What should I pick?

If you're reading this and unsure, Discovery & Strategy is usually the right start. One conversation often clarifies whether you need a full discovery, are ready to build, or have a project that needs rescuing. The first call is free, and there's no commitment.

Can I switch paths mid-project?

Yes, and it happens often. Projects start as Discovery, become Build, and sometimes need Rescue later (or the other way around). Your needs change, and so does the work. We don't lock you into a single path.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Most of our clients are non-technical founders or business owners. We translate between what your business needs and what technology can do. No jargon, no "trust us on this": we explain decisions in plain language, and you stay in control.

What size projects do you usually take?

We work best on projects that take a few months to a couple of years, where a senior team can build something focused. Quick fixed-price gigs and very large enterprise contracts usually fit other agencies better, and we'll say so on the first call.

Where are you based? How does timezone work?

Riga, Latvia (EU). We work with founders in Europe, North America, Australia, and the Middle East. EU and East Coast US clients get the easiest overlap, but we've made every timezone work.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any project details are shared. Just ask.

Can I just talk to someone without committing to anything?

Yes, that's how every project starts. Book a free call, tell us what you're working on, ask anything. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, whether someone else might fit better, or whether you should hold off and validate more first.
