When this fits

You have an idea but no technical plan

You know what problem you want to solve, but you're not sure how to build it, what technology to use, or how much it should cost. We help you go from 'I have this idea' to 'here's what we're building, why, and how long it should take.'

You've tried AI tools and hit a limit

You built a prototype with AI tools. It kind of works, but things keep breaking. Now you need real authentication, payments, or custom logic. We review what you have and tell you what to keep, what to rebuild, and what production will cost.

You're rethinking your current product

Your product exists but it's not growing, the technology is outdated, or you're not sure what to build next. We review what you have, identify the biggest opportunities, and create a plan.

What you get

  • Technical feasibility: whether and how it can be built
  • Technology and platform recommendation
  • MVP scope with features and timeline
  • Architecture plan
  • Cost estimate for development

How the process works

01
Conversation

You tell us about your business, your users, your idea. We listen and ask the uncomfortable questions.

02
Research and planning

We research, sketch, and build a plan. Technology selection, feature prioritization, architecture decisions.

03
Your plan

You get a plan for what to build first, how long it should take, and what it should cost. As you learn more, we update it together.

Timing depends on scope. Sometimes the plan is ready in a few days, and a more complex project takes a few weeks.

Talking to us is free. Ask anything, and you'll leave knowing the next step.

We've been founders too

We've been building products since 2003 (ours and our clients'), and we bring that experience to every conversation.

01

We share what our own products taught us

We ask 'what features do you want?' and also 'what should we build first, and what can wait?' We took our products through Startupbootcamp and Ignite 100 and traveled to sell them, so we have lived the chicken-and-egg problem as founders. We share our opinion from that experience. The business decisions are yours.

02

We'll tell you when a smaller start is enough

Sometimes the answer is 'start smaller than you think.' We'll say it even when it means a smaller project for us. That is why discovery comes first. It sets the direction before you commit budget.

03

The document is yours

At the end of discovery, you get a complete plan. It's yours: you can keep working with us or take it to another team. There's no lock-in.

04

Real engineering input from day one

Discovery isn't a sales deck. Our senior engineers join the conversation early to flag architecture risks, integration costs, and tech-debt traps before they show up in the build phase.

Our first-sprint guarantee

If after the first sprint you don't feel like we're the right partner, we stop and don't invoice for that sprint.

If we're the wrong fit, we'll say so on the first call and point you to a better option.
