Cobby: Workspace marketplace MVP in two weeks
A Sharetribe Flex marketplace for booking workspaces in hotels, built on the FTW-daily template and launched as an MVP within two weeks.
The idea
Cobby is a Swiss marketplace that links people who need a place to work with workspaces in hotels. The client came to us with one request: launch an MVP quickly.
What we built
We set the project up on Sharetribe Flex with the FTW-daily template and kept the customization to the few changes the launch needed:
- Template design updates Changed the colors and texts of the FTW-daily template for Cobby
- Listing wizard updates Adapted the listing wizard to Cobby's needs
- One pricing policy Hosts can no longer set their own price. Every listing follows the same pricing policy.
The result
The MVP was developed and launched within two weeks. Because we started from a ready template, the time went into the changes that made the marketplace Cobby’s own. Features Sharetribe already provides stayed as they were.
