RecHunt: Recruitment turned into a marketplace

A Sharetribe reverse marketplace for recruitment, with companies posting recruitment needs and agencies competing with token-based pricing.

The idea

Companies spend too much time finding the right recruitment partners. RecHunt flips the model. Companies post what they need anonymously, and recruitment agencies compete for the work. This approach matches companies with the exact expertise they require, minimizing the risks and costs associated with failed hires.

What we built

A reverse marketplace on Sharetribe that transforms the traditional recruitment process.

  • Reverse marketplace flow Companies post job requests and recruiters apply with their offers. Proposals are based on the job requirements alone, so company size and revenue play no part.
  • Token-based pricing Recruiters purchase tokens to submit proposals, replacing percentage-based fees with predictable, transparent costs.
  • Advanced transaction processes Visualized steps guide both recruiters and companies through the transaction process, enhancing clarity and efficiency.
  • Custom design The design is unique and user-friendly, and it is tailored to RecHunt's brand and functionality requirements.

The result

A platform that makes recruitment more transparent and cost-effective for both companies and agencies. The reverse marketplace structure simplified the hiring process. The token-based model introduced fair pricing for recruiters. Custom design and guided transaction steps made the platform intuitive to navigate.
